Abstract
Shannon Freeman (left), administrator of instructional recruitment and retention at the Oklahoma City Public Schools, accepts a donation of books and educational materials from Bruce Belanger, coordinator of student teaching for the Southwestern Oklahoma State University Department of Education in Weatherford. The gift is in appreciation to the OKC system for hosting an upcoming field trip to five school sites. Forty-six student teachers and four faculty will be taking the field trip. The donation was made possible by funds raised through a Scholastic Book Fair that the SWOSU Department of Education hosts each year on the Weatherford campus.
