Description
Purcy Walker, a member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, was recently honored for his support of Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford and Sayre. A reception was held on the Weatherford campus, and SWOSU President John Hays (right) presented Walker and his wife, Tonya, with a plaque. Walker, who is currently on the campaign trail, shared several humorous campaign stories with the crowd and even entertained by singing a song.
