Description
Southwestern Oklahoma State University student Chelsea Hughes works with Kayley Denney at a bulb planting event recently held for area children by Southwestern Oklahoma State University students in the Language Arts in Elementary class, taught by Dr. Ann Russell. The SWOSU students worked with 36 children in the Head Start program in Weatherford by planting tulip and daffodil bulbs on the children's playground. The children in the Head Start program are all 3 and 4-year olds.
