Description
Lacey Russ (center) of Cordell won the title of Miss SWOSU Outstanding Teen at Saturday's (November 14) pageant held at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford. Russ advances to the Miss Oklahoma Outstanding Teen Pageant next summer. Other finalists were Molly Kitchen of Tulsa (Metro Christian Academy) and second runner-up Allie Ayers of Snyder.
