Southwestern Oklahoma State University Physical Plant Director Rick Skinner (left) receives a $3,135.42 check for the university from Keith Catron, customer service account manager for Public Service Company of Oklahoma. SWOSU received the check from PSO’s incentive program to save energy costs. SWOSU received the check for new equipment installed in Parker Hall, which now houses the School of Nursing.
