Oklahoma Higher Education Chancellor Glen D. Johnson gave an update on the state of higher education in Oklahoma to area community leaders and representatives from SWOSU, Northwestern and Panhandle State University at a January 7 luncheon on the SWOSU campus in Weatherford. Johnson talked about the endowed chairs program, concealed weapons legislation, Oklahoma's Promise program, tuition setting authority and other topics during his legislative tour of western Oklahoma.
