Blaine Boyd of Washington, D.C. was recently named a member of the Presidential Order of Merit at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford. Boyd was recognized during a surprise ceremony recently at the White House. Making the presentation was SWOSU President Randy Beutler.
