Kaelin Clay of Idabel won the title of Miss SWOSU’s Outstanding Teen at the annual pageant held October 29 on the Southwestern Oklahoma State University campus in Weatherford. Other finalists were (from left): Taylor Bishop, Choctaw, first runner-up; and Alyssa Payne, Choctaw, second runner-up. Clay will represent SWOSU at the Miss Oklahoma’s Outstanding Teen Pageant in 2017.
