Description
A Black Kettle bust was recently presented to Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford. The bust was created by LaQuincey Reed (second from left). Among those who witnessed the unveiling were (from left) SWOSU Vice President of Administration & Finance Brenda Burgess, SWOSU Distinguished Alumnus and former president of the Cheyenne & Arapaho Tribal College Dr. Henrietta Mann, and SWOSU President Randy Beutler.
