KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FLA. – ASTP crewmen (left to right) Donald Slayton, Thomas Stafford, and Vance Brand enjoy a pre-launch breakfast in the crew quarters of the KSC’s Manned Spacecraft Operation Building. While they ate, the crewmen watched the liftoff of the Soyuz spacecraft from the Baykonur launch complex in the Soviet Union.
