Abstract
Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity at Southwestern Oklahoma State University is doing a fundraiser for the Khiva Shrine Center, which helps improve the lives of children who have spinal cord injuries, burns, and orthopedic conditions along with other disadvantages.
