Abstract

A ribbon-cutting and dedication for Black Kettle Hall is planned Saturday, October 15, at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. A lunch starting at 11 a.m. and dedication service at 12:30 p.m. is planned in the Memorial Student Center Ballroom, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony will follow at Black Kettle Hall, a renovated residence hall on the Weatherford campus.
