Southwestern Oklahoma State University Registrar Bob Klaassen recently received the Bill Pearson Outstanding Life Time Achievement Award from the Western Association of Veteran Education Specialists (WAVES). Vicki Henson, board member of WAVES, made the presentation in recognition of meritorious service to the WAVES and to the veterans in the Muskogee (OK) Veterans Administration regional office processing territory, comprised of 14 states.
