Presidential candidate Humberto Lay Sun of Peru makes a point during a recent talk on the Southwestern Oklahoma State University campus in Weatherford. Lay was among a delegation from Peru and Argentina who discussed the future of Peruvian and Latin American politics. Lay, who will run for president in 2006, stopped in Oklahoma en route to Washington, D.C.
