L. David Sparks (left) of Sugarland, Texas, was recently recognized as the Southwestern Oklahoma State University College of Pharmacy Distinguished Alumnus for 2006. Sparks was honored at a ceremony held on the Weatherford campus. Honoring Sparks was Dr. H. David Bergman, dean of the SWOSU College of Pharmacy.
