Bettie and Lawrence Hart (left) of Clinton present a picture to Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribal College interim President Henrietta Mann during the opening ceremony of the tribal college on the campus of SWOSU. The picture was taken in 1935 and featured Mann’s grandmother.
