Description
The scholarships, which were awarded in a drawing, were provided by the SWOSU Foundation. Winners were (from left): Emily Wilmoth, Westmoore; Jason Wallace, Fairview; Anjali Gandhi, Clinton; and Anthony Allison, Woodward.
