Southwestern Oklahoma State University and Jadara University in Jordan recently signed an agreement of academic exchange. Signing the agreement are Jadara University President Dr. A. Al-Rabbai (left) and SWOSU College of Arts and Sciences Dean Dr. Radwan Al-Jarrah.
