Description
Five redbud trees were recently planted at the SWOSU baseball complex in honor of retired faculty member Dr. Bill Seibert, who taught 41 years in the SWOSU Department of Biology in Weatherford. Friends and colleagues donated money to purchase the trees and a stone that reads "Bill Seibert-He Planted Seeds-1969-2010." Pictured with Seibert (second from left) are (from left) Linda Koebelen, Leo Koebelen, David Duncan, Ida Lou Melot, Carolyn Torrence and Chris Dunn. Others who helped with the project but not pictured include Sue Ball, Lisa Boggs, Jackie Duncan and Rick Skinner.
