Bob Klaassen, registrar at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, was recently honored with a Distinguished Service Award by the Oklahoma Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers. Klaassen plans to retire from SWOSU on July 1.
