Twenty students from Southwestern Oklahoma State University’s President Leadership Class in Weatherford recently toured Lake Lugert Dam and several spots in southwest Oklahoma. The students were guests of Oklahoma State Senator Mike Schulz and Lugert-Altus Irrigation District Director Tom Buchanan.
