Jeremy Iglesias (second from left) of Elk City is the recipient of a $500 scholarship that was created in honor of the late Jacqueline Pratt by the western chapter of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. Pratt, who passed away earlier this year, was a long-time Weatherford CPA and member of the western chapter. Making the presentation are (from left) Pratt’s son Wade Pratt; Joe Merchant, president of the western chapter; Pratt’s husband Bob; and Pratt’s granddaughter, Elizabeth. Iglesias is currently in the Masters of Business Administration program at Southwestern Oklahoma State University after completing his bachelor’s degree in accounting from SWOSU. He is an auditor with the Department of Defense.
