Southwestern Oklahoma State University teacher candidates recently completed a field experience in Oklahoma City and as a thank you to participating schools, $200 vouchers were presented for scholastic books and materials. Involved in the presentation at Shidler Elementary School were (from left) OKCPS Human Resources Elementary Team Leader Erica Alvarez; Shidler principal Beth Steele; SWOSU teacher candidates Hillary Hardin of Weatherford, Robyn Ray of Hinton and Julie Harms of Weatherford; Bruce Belanger, SWOSU Department of Education; and KCPS Human Resources Secondary Team Leader Bianca Rose.
