Miss SWOSU’s Outstanding Teen Evan Mazur (left) of Cache and Miss Southwestern Hailey Raetz of Hydro attended the recent winter meeting of the Miss Oklahoma Pageant in Oklahoma City in preparation for this summer’s state pageants in Tulsa.
