Alexis Schroeder (center) of Hydro is the first recipient of the Paula Jeanne Horsburgh Memorial Scholarship at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford. SWOSU Foundation Executive Director Garrett King and Katie (Horsburgh) Bartmann of Weatherford, daughter of the late Paula Jeanne Horsburgh, recently made the presentation to Schroeder.
