Southwestern Oklahoma State University student Belinda Graham, a Willow resident and graduate of Sayre High School, recently shared the positive impact higher education has made on her life during a recent meeting of the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education. Graham, who is part of the Reach Higher program in Oklahoma, is shown with State Regents Chair John Massey (left) and OSRHE Chancellor Glen D. Johnson. Reach Higher is a degree completion program for working adults and available on the SWOSU campuses in Weatherford and Sayre.
