A physics professor for over 30 years and a member of the American Physical Society, Dr. Atalay is an expert in several topics of modern physics, including alternate sources of energy. He is extremely knowledgeable in high technology techniques as they apply to archaeology and also is a frequent lecturer at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C.
