Take a break from sessions and join us for a fun tour of local landmarks on the historic Route 66 highway. At these sites, everyone will have plenty of time to take pictures, selfies and pose for a group photograph.
Evening at the Stafford Air & Space Museum

We invite you to join fellow attendees for a relaxing evening filled with exploration, fun, food, and music. Attendees are free to explore the Stafford Air & Space Museum. The dinner reception will take place in the Explorer's Room. Within this reception space, attendees will be free to take fun photos in a photobooth setting provided by a local company, Photoville.
The Stafford Air & Space Museum is named in honor of Weatherford native astronaut, Lt. General Thomas P. Stafford. Stafford flew on four historic missions: Gemini 6, Gemini 9, Apollo 10, and the U.S. and Soviet joint mission, the Apollo-Soyuz Test Project. The museum named a Smithsonian Affiliate, houses over 63,000 sq. ft. of exhibits and items representing the evolution of aviation and spaceflight.

The evening will conclude with a musical performance by Edgar Cruz. Virtuoso guitarist Edgar Cruz has performed in America, Europe, Mexico and South America. He is an award winning entertainer and has been a prestigious headliner at the Chet Atkins Guitar Festival every July in Nashville since 1995 as well as playing a multitude of performances large and small since the late 1970s. He plays thousands of songs in popular genres and has inspired multiple guitarists from around the world. He performs 300 times a year and has shared the stage with guitar legends Tommy Emmanuel, Jose Feliciano, Andy McKee, Doyle Dykes, Richard Smith and many more finger style guitar masters.
