Rooms are $99 per night. Discount rate does not include taxes and fees.

Hotel Reservations

The hotel understands individuals will make their own reservations. Guests can call the Hotel directly at (580) 774-0400 and request the group rate for the Alpha Mu Gamma Convention in March.

Amenities include free WiFi, free breakfast, free parking, and complimentary coffee.

Group discount cut off date: February 19, 2025 or upon selling all blocked rooms.

Check In/Check Out Time

Hotel check-in time is 2:00 p.m.; check-out time is 11:00 a.m. All guest arriving before 2:00 p.m. will be accomodated as rooms becomes available. The Front Desk can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable.

SWOSU will provide a shuttle service from the hotel to the convention location on the university's campus.

Transportation Options from Will Rogers Airport (Oklahoma City)

University Shuttle Service

SWOSU will provide a shuttle service to pick up and drop off attendees to the airport. If you would like to use this complimentary service, please use this form to reserve your spot on the shuttle. To assist with scheduling, we ask for multiple methods for contacting attendees to receive scheduling updates by the convention organizers and shuttle drivers. Individual travel arrangements will be kept confidential.

Airport Car Rental

The car rental center is just a short distance from the airport and offers multiple rental options. The airport provides shuttles to the rental center. Average wait time is 6 to 8 minutes. Shuttle pick up is located on the East end of the Ground Transportation Plaza outside of the Terminal Baggage Claim Level.
